Nominations are now open for Annual ADC Awards

We are excited to announce that the 2026 ADC awards are now open!

These prestigious awards celebrate the achievements of individuals and businesses in the Inland/Inshore diving community across the UK and Ireland.

Nominations close at 5pm on Friday 9th October and will be presented at the ADC AGM on Tuesday 10thNovember.

  1. OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTION TO INDUSTRY SECTOR: CLIENT AWARD

This award recognises a client that has made an exceptional and sustained contribution to the industry through innovation, leadership, collaboration, and excellence. The recipient will have demonstrated a positive impact beyond its own operations by advancing industry standards, supporting workforce development, driving sustainable growth, and delivering meaningful benefits to clients, communities, and the wider sector.

  1. OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTION TO INDUSTRY SECTOR: SUPERVISOR AWARD

This award recognises an exceptional supervisor who has made a significant contribution to the industry through outstanding leadership, mentorship, and commitment to excellence. The recipient will have demonstrated a positive impact on their team, organisation, and the wider industry by promoting best practices, developing people, fostering collaboration, and driving high standards of performance, safety, and professionalism.

  1. BEST PROJECT AWARD

This award recognises a project that has demonstrated outstanding achievement through one or more of the following:

The winning project will have delivered exceptional outcomes while meeting or exceeding its objectives, creating measurable benefits for clients, stakeholders, and the wider community. This award celebrates projects that exemplify best practice, quality, sustainability, and teamwork, setting a benchmark for excellence across the industry.

 

AWARDS TIMETABLE:

Friday 7th August: Awards Open
Friday 9th October: Nominations close
Tuesday 10th November:Presentation of the Awards (at the AGM)

Conditions:

  1. Nominations should only be made by an ADC Member.
  2. ADC members are only permitted to make one nomination in each category.
  3. Contact details for the nominee must be provided.
  4. ADC, and the ADC Management Committee reserve the right to withhold making an award in a category where they consider that the actions of the nominees do not meet the spirit of the awards.
  5. No monetary value shall accompany the award. The successful nominee will be presented with an award.  Winner’s names will be inscribed on the award.
